Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your Simply Creative Kids purchase!

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and returned in their original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Because our plaster pieces are handmade and fragile, slight variations and small imperfections may occur and are not considered defects.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing an item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Custom, personalized, used, opened, and clearance items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Please contact us before returning an item so we can provide return instructions. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.
